| The City Square in downtown Wausau will once again be transformed by artists and their colorful pastel art drawings. This is the 8th year for this sidewalk art festival which is for artists of all ages and levels of ability to participate and for art enthusiasts to observe and enjoy. Saturday 8am-8pm & Sunday 8am to 4pm. Cost to participate is $15 for adults 19 and older and $12 for students 18 and younger. First time participants must be 12 years or older for a reserved space. Kids 11 and under are encouraged to explore their artistic talents by creating their own chalk mural in the children's area from 11am to 4pm.
