Madison Ballet will premiere a brand new Dracula --a rock-n-roll ballet closely following Bram Stoker's nineteenth century Gothic novel of the same name. Building on the popularity of vampire and Gothic themed literature and entertainment, this ballet will broaden the identity of Madison Ballet and features a local artistic team for a fully professional "home-grown" ballet. Dracula will feature a cast of 12 Madison Ballet company dancers in four public performances March 8-10 in the Capitol Theater.
