Eau Claire, Wisconsin - The 12th Annual Eau Claire Ragtime Festival opens Friday, January 14th at 12 noon at First Congregational Church, 310 Broadway St., Eau Claire, WI.
The festival’s events include concerts, sing-a-longs, food and root beer floats, and a twin piano lounge. Also featured this year will be a 1911 timeline, vintage dress display, a “pianorama”, and silent films. There will be dinner on both Friday and Saturday night, and a Sunday buffet!
Anyone who enjoys listening to, learning about, and performing Ragtime, early jazz, blues, and vaudeville music is welcome to attend this year’s Ragtime Festival.
The Ragtime Festival’s goals are to provide top quality entertainment for all ages, have fun, and raise money for a local charitable organization. This year, all festival proceeds will benefit Beacon House.
Tickets are available at First Congregational church, by calling 715-834-2668, and at Festival Foods in Eau Claire. Visit the Ragtime Festival’s website at www.ecragtime.org for specific times and additional information!
